This one-hour session is designed to give you a first experience of hypnosis in a safe, approachable way. We’ll focus on a single issue such as stress, sleep, confidence, or a habit you’d like to shift and I’ll guide you through a brief hypnotic process to help you feel a tangible change. You’ll leave with both relief and insight, and afterward I’ll send you a link to review my package options if you’d like to continue deeper work together.

At the start of each month, subscribers receive a private scheduling link with access to my full range of services. This is where you can book in-depth hypnotherapy, past life regression, or quantum healing sessions. The newsletter also includes insights and updates about upcoming events.
